Shipping & Delivery
1. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping prices (excl. VAT) are based on the net order value from our warehouse in Bremen:
all available countries
Delivery time 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday).
• up to £ 200 = £ 12
• from £ 200 = Free delivery
For some regions, an island surcharge is applied due to the special delivery circumstances. This is charged £ 34,90 per £ 100.00 value of goods. For other countries different prices may apply.
Deliveries to countries not mentioned: please call us, we inform you about the costs.
2. What are the delivery times?
Orders before 12:30 a.m. are usually shipped on the same day (depending on whether the goods are on stock as well as on the agreed terms of payment). The standard delivery time is 3 – 5 working days, please call us for further information.
Please make sure that someone is on site to receive and accept the shipping.
3. How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a tracking code with which you can track the status of your order.
4. What happens if I am not on site to receive the goods?
For parcel shipments, you receive a notification that the parcel carrier has tried to deliver your goods. There is a new delivery attempt on the next business day. You also have the opportunity to respond to the notification and schedule a new delivery directly. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts the goods are returned to us.
For freight deliveries, we will inform you when the goods could not be delivered. We will contact you immediately to arrange another delivery attempt. Please inform us about differing business opening times in order that a scheduled delivery is guaranteed
5. Can I return goods?
According to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, articles may be returned at no charge if we are responsible for a defect in the goods. For this reason, please check the delivered items for completeness, quality and possible shipping damages right after the acceptance.
In case of shortfall quantities or defects in the goods, please give us a call or report this issue within 14 days. We discuss the additional delivery, respectively the withdrawal and corresponding reimbursement of costs with you. We do not accept any unfree packages. If you want to return goods for other reasons, for example wrong order, please give us a call.
In case that we take back goods as a gesture of goodwill, please send the complete goods in our sealed secondary packaging to our office address at your own expenses. A statutory claim of withdrawal does not exist in industrial trade. We appreciate your understanding that, due to hygienic reasons, we cannot take back any opened sub packaging. For the cost recovery of required quality testing and, if necessary, repacking and re-storage of returned goods as a gesture of goodwill, we will charge a credit discount of 10% of the invoice amount.
