We strongly advise you to open our PDF in Adobe Illustrator or a comparable vector-based program. Do not change any of the measurements or settings! Simply save the PDF at the end (the final file must not exceed 10 MB in size); you don't need to export or convert it - our PDF already has the right measurements and settings!
After uploading your artwork, you can add the product to your shopping cart. The stated processing time begins as soon as we have approved your artwork and confirmed receipt of payment.
Please note that due to production conditions, there may be quantity deviations of up to 10% for all customizable print items. However, we strive to keep these deviations as minimal as possible.
Important: For cancellations after receipt of the order confirmation, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 120.00 € (net).

Reusable riffle cup with patented technology and custom printing
Ripple cups are the kings of cups, they insulate the heat and the drink stays hot longer. This particular reusable ripple cup stands out due to the clever and patented technology. This uses a foam injection moulding process that injects gas into the plastic, creating air buffers. The best thing about this process: From the outside, the heat is hardly noticeable, so the cup can be held without any problems even when the contents are piping hot.
The reusable riffle cups are lightweight, sturdy and dishwasher safe. This makes them particularly suitable for everyday use. The use of materials is lower compared to thick thermal cups, so the focus remains on sustainability. The shortened transport routes are another plus, as the cups are manufactured in Belgium. After just 30 uses the carbon footprintis reduced by 80 to 85 percent compared to disposable products.

Your cup, your design!
With us you have the possibility to have your reusable cups custom printed. In this way, you will be able to combine sustainability and advertising. For this purpose, we use the so-called IML printing process. With in-mould labeling, pre-printed labels are inserted into the injection mould. Due to the high temperature of the plastic when it is injected into the mould, the label is bonded to it to form an inseparable unit.
Can't decide which design to decorate your cup with? No problem, the minimum production quantity of 5000 units can be distributed within one order up to 5 designs á 1000 units. To do so, please contact our employees at contact@greenbox.bio and let them know your wishes.
