How can you collect loyalty points?
For every item value of €10, you receive one loyalty point! This means that, for a purchase of €100, you will be credited with 10 loyalty points. The more you order, the faster your loyalty point balance grows, and you can take advantage of our discounts.
To better illustrate this, here’s an example:
For a price of €94.99, you receive 9 loyalty points, while from €95.00 onwards, you already receive 10 loyalty points. You can redeem the bonus points in the last step using a slider on the payment page. Here, you can decide whether and how many points you would like to redeem. As you can see, collecting points with us is very easy and pays off from even the smallest order value.
Redeem your bonus points!
Once you have accumulated enough loyalty points, you can redeem them on your next order. For 10 loyalty points, you save €1 on your order. You can redeem a maximum of 100 loyalty points per order, which corresponds to a discount of €10. This provides you with an attractive opportunity to make your orders with us even cheaper.
Terms and conditions
It’s important to note that loyalty points cannot be combined with other discount promotions, such as coupon codes. Your collected loyalty points are valid for one year from the time of credit and then automatically expire. You can check your loyalty points balance at any time in your customer account as soon as your order has been marked as paid. Please note that no loyalty points are awarded for shipping and licensing costs.
