To serve its dishes such as fish bites, crispy chicken, bratwurst, currywurst with fries as well as seasonal salads and Bündner barley soup, Grünmachen chose our foodservice packaging made from renewable materials. The soup cups to go and the two-compartment fry trays are made from sugarcane, the fry forks from FSC®-certified wood from sustainable forestry, and the drop-shaped plates from palm leaf.

These materials share their origin: they come from nature and return to it after use. Under good conditions, sugarcane and palm leaf can even decompose in a home compost – a detail that fits particularly well with the philosophy of Grünmachen.
