The wood for the dessert spoon is sourced from certified sustainable forestry. Additionally, thewooden spoons are biocoated. The biocoating for our wooden spoon is made of food-grade wax and is biodegradable after use. The extra wax layer provides a pleasant mouthfeel. The dessert spoons are ideal for creamy desserts and sweet dishes like semolina pudding or rice pudding. Due to its shape, they are not suitable for soups or sauces.
