Shipping & Delivery


1. What are the shipping costs?

Depending on the shipment volume, we ship by parcel service or forwarding agency. The shipping prices plus statutory VAT are based on the net order value from stock Bremen. The minimum order value is 20 €.

Germany – Standard shipments

For a net order value of up to 200 €, we will charge a fixed shipping cost of 5,90 €. For a net order value exceeding 200 €, we deliver free to buyer’s door.

Germany – 24h express shipments

For orders made until 12:30 P.M., the next day delivery is done by parcel service*. For Express deliveries we charge a surcharge of 9.90 € net on top of the standard shipping fee.

* Please note that this only applies to parcels - for larger orders, from about 10 packing units, we will ship your order, if necessary, automatically by forwarding agency. Here we need your order by no later than 11:00 A.M., so that it can be shipped on the same day and reach you the next day with express.

Germany – Island surcharge

For some regions, an island surcharge is applied due to the special delivery circumstances. This is charged 19.90 € per 100.00 € value of goods. For other countries different prices may apply. 

Europe* excl. Switzerland

For a net order value of up to 200 €, we will charge a fixed shipping cost of 9,90 €. For a net order value exceeding 200 €, we offer you a free delivery. The delivery times depend on the country - please contact us directly if you have any questions. For deliveries to other European countries, we are unfortunately unable to offer express shipments.

* Valid for all European countries that you can choose during registration. For countries with special regulations (eg Malta) please contact us. 

Great Britain

For deliveries by parcel service to Great Britain there is a fixed charge of 14.40 €.

2. What are the delivery times?

Orders before 12:30 P.M. are usually shipped on the same day (depending on whether the goods are on stock as well as on the agreed terms of payment). Deliveries are made by DPD or by a forwarding agent for freight shipments with pallet delivery. The standard delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days, in neighboring European countries for parcel shipments 2-5 working days, or for forwarding shipments 5-7 days.

Please make sure someone is on site to accept the goods.

3. Can I arrange a fixed date for the delivery?

For pallet shipments within Germany, we offer to arrange a fixed date for the delivery. If you would like to use this service and arrange a fixed date for pallet shipments, there is an additional charge of € 14.50. Please call us directly to clarify the details with you.

4. I need my order next day / on Saturday

24h guarantied express shipments with delivery on the next working day within Germany are possible for orders until 12:30 P.M., but only for parcel delivery. Please note that larger orders (from approx. 10 packing units) may be sent automatically by freight carrier. For information about shipping by forwarding agency and the shipping costs please see first point.

We cannot offer you a Saturday delivery at the moment.

For deliveries to other European countries, we are unfortunately unable to offer express shipments.

5. How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your goods have been shipped with DPD, we will send you the tracking number by e-mail. With this tracking number you can track the shipping status of your order at any time. For pallet shipments please contact us directly, so that we can check the status of the current shipment with our forwarder.

6. What happens if I am not on site to receive the goods?

For parcel shipments, you receive a notification that the parcel carrier has tried to deliver your goods. There is a new delivery attempt on the next business day. You also have the opportunity to respond to the notification and schedule a new delivery directly. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts the goods are returned to us.

For freight deliveries, we will inform you when the goods could not be delivered. We will contact you immediately to arrange another delivery attempt. We may need to charge you for the second delivery.

Please inform us about divergent business opening times in time, so that a scheduled delivery is guaranteed.

7. I need my shipment today/ I want it to be delivered to a post package station. Is this possible?

For logistical reasons, delivery on the same day is not possible.

We ship our deliveries with the parcel service DPD - therefore we cannot offer you any deliveries to a DHL Packing station.

8. Can I pick up my order by myself?

You are welcome to pick up your goods yourself from our warehouse in Bremen (GVZ – 28197 Bremen). Please inform us about your request to collect the goods when ordering and we will give you further information. Of course, no shipping costs will then be invoiced.

9. Can I return goods?

According to our terms and conditions, items can be returned free of charge if we are responsible for defects. Therefore, please check the delivered items for completeness, transport damage, and quality immediately after acceptance.

If there are shortages or deficiencies, please call or write and notify us within 14 days at the latest. We will discuss the subsequent delivery or return and corresponding refunds with you. Freight collect (unpaid) returned packages are not accepted by us.

Would you like to return the goods for other reasons such as after a wrong order please call or write us. If we take goods back on goodwill, please send them in the delivered packaging sealed and returned with the complete content at your own expense to our warehouse. You will receive, from us, a return delivery note which must be attached to the shipment for the return. On the return delivery note you will also find information about the return address.

Please note: A legal claim for revocation does not exist in commercial trade. We ask for your understanding that, for reasons of hygiene, we may not take back already opened sub-packages. In order to cover the costs of the necessary quality inspection, and if necessary, repacking and restocking of the returned packages, we charge a discount of 10% of the original value of the goods.
